Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return your item within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling.

Return Process

  • Contact us at support@llurehomeandliving.com to initiate a return.
  • Ship the product back to our warehouse (customer bears return shipping costs unless product is defective).

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items.
