Eligibility for Returns
- You may return your item within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products.
- Sale or clearance items.

Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@llurehomeandliving.com to initiate a return.
- Ship the product back to our warehouse (customer bears return shipping costs unless product is defective).
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
